Strong evidence suggests that the appearance of arguments and parameters after a question mark in a URL link (i.e., http://www.xyz.com/index.htm?track=yes) can discount or eliminate inbound link credit to your site. An additional problem of standard affiliate programs is that affiliates link to the affiliate network, not your site. What the do is obviously the same as FusionQuest does - setting a cookie via a 1×1 pixel tag - also known as web-bug... but hey... that's a cool method I think...
