Blocked PR Website List is a service about rumours or experiences with websites not passing PR anymore… They hear stories every day from customers who have bought links on sites that no longer pass PR.

Please note that the listed sites all have page rank showing on their own sites but no longer pass page rank to other sites – according to the reports. It is not a list of sites that have PR0's or Gray bars, this is a list of sites that do not pass page rank through their outbound links.
