Blogger are now using the redirect-without-PageRank technique to protect their hosted blogs against comment spam. That's what I already do with my own script… the new issue is, that they use Google's own URL like

point your PageRank stripper to

http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=URL

and let Google handle the redirects for me. Lovely…
