… and again on a Thursday night – the Google public visible toolbar process has started… almost exactly 3 months after the last one… the visible data on the toolbar doesn't really match with the PR display in the Google / DMOZ directory … altough I'd had expected that in the current update…

The PR update runs for 12 hours now and will take another 48-72 hours until all worldwide Google datacenters have same values…

Even tough some effects are noticed in the forums – and some frustrated, unfulfilled hopes lead people to quit their SEO work because of this update… that's what I call psychological warfare by Google

Really public toolbar pagerank doesn't seem to have much effect on the traffic and ranking of pages as it has been shown in the last year already…
