When you signup you have to supply your own API Ids for Yahoo, Google and Amazon, so all the stuff queried is gotten within the Terms of Service, altough especially the Google API is said to return wrong or inaccurate data, at least compared to what people see (question is: what is more inaccurate? the Google API datacenter or the dozen other DCs ?!?
